Action Definition

Action Description
Advisory An advisory serves as a formal reminder for minor infractions or procedural oversights. It does not carry a penalty but is recorded for reference in case of repeated occurrences.
Warning A warning is issued for rule violations of moderate severity. It is an official caution and may escalate to a strike if the behavior continues.


Two warnings in two different scenarios will result in one strike.
Strike A strike is a serious disciplinary action applied to significant violations of aviation rules. Accumulation of multiple strikes may result in revocation of the pilot’s license.


Two strikes in two different scenarios will result in license revocation.
Revoke Revocation is the immediate cancellation of a pilot’s license due to severe or unacceptable misconduct. This action is taken in cases where safety, integrity, or trust has been critically compromised.
